Founded in 2018 by Sonia Fanger, Les Terres Blanches® was born from a passion for gastronomy and a desire to celebrate the finest artisanal fleur de sel. The name, inspired by the salt-covered landscapes of traditional marshes, reflects the purity and beauty of this craft. Each salt is harvested by hand using ancestral methods, in close collaboration with passionate salt workers.

The ceramic pots—handcrafted in Portugal and inspired by the ball cactus of Marrakech—add a tactile, emotional dimension to the experience.
