Refunds/Returns and Replacements

Customers may return unwanted goods for a refund or exchange, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition, including original packaging, and any seals or shrink-wraps remain intact. Return must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To begin the return process, customers are required to submit their request via email to [email protected]. Upon receipt of request, the company will examine it due course and return instructions will be issued within 72 hours.

If a product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, we will reimburse the original delivery fee and the cost of the item(s), provided the return is made within 30 calendar days from the date the return form was submitted.

In cases where items are defective or incorrectly delivered due to our error, a full refund or exchange will be issued upon request. Should the issue be attributable to postal carrier negligence, a refund will be provided once compensation is received from the carrier. If a delivery is visibly damaged, customers are advised to refuse acceptance. If damage is discovered upon opening the parcel, please document the damaged goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt either by phone (as listed on the order invoice) or email. Damaged items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Should you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone or email. Items must be returned within 14 days, after which an exchange or full refund will be processed upon verification of the issue.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or delivered in error, return postage costs will not be reimbursed and shall be borne by the customer. We advise the use of recorded or registered postal services for returns and suggest retaining proof of dispatch. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Customers remain responsible for the condition and safekeeping of goods until they are received by us. Using postal insurance for returned items is strongly recommended.

Cancellations

We cannot cancel your order, after it has been confirmed. This is due to the special character and natural origin of our products. If you have any problem regarding your order, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately.

Gourmetgroceries.com reserves the right to not accept and/or cancel any order whatsoever without prior notice. In such case, the order will be fully refunded.

Legal alcohol consumption and purchasing age

The purchace of alcoholic beverages is only allowed to consumers that have reached the legal age for alcohol consumption per their country’s of origin legislation. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol or use any site functionality related to alcohol. Our company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

In case a country’s legislation forbids the consumption of alcohol altogether, the customers are responsible for any legal consequences that might occur as a result of an order that includes alcoholic beverages.
