Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the package delivery service for provided wrong or misspelled addresses. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When completing an order from Gourmetgroceries.com, you accept full responsibility for the products’ compatibility with the importation laws of the destination country.
Our Company has no control over any customs or import duties or any other restrictions and regulations that could be implied at your destination country and for which you will be solely liable.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subjected to custom duties, import taxes or other fees according to the destination country’s legislation. The aforementioned fees are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country and are interwined with the customs clearence of the order which must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible but Gourmetgroceries.com does not guarantee exact shipping duration as the delivery time depends on your location, the product availability and the delivery service provider. However, The majority of the orders from the USA and the EU, are delivered within 2-4 working days.
We offer shipping to most countries worldwide; however, please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We deliver your order with DHL Express and FedEx Priority, ensuring speed, safety, and reliability.
Customers can monitor the status of their order by logging into their account. A confirmation email containing shipment details will be sent to the registered email address once the order has been dispatched. Orders placed on Cyprus national holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch all orders in a timely manner, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. In all circumstances, delivery shall be completed no later than 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the order. If delivery does not occur within the expected timeframe indicated in the dispatch confirmation email, customers are advised to contact us by phone (as listed on the order invoice) or via email, quoting the relevant order number.
We reserve the right to ship orders exclusively to the billing address provided by the customer during the checkout process. For transactions made through PayPal, items will be dispatched only to the confirmed address registered with PayPal. The buyer bears full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the address information provided to PayPal.
All shipments are sent using traceable methods, and tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Please note that in some cases, once the shipment reaches the destination country, the local postal provider may not continue tracking the parcel. In such situations, tracking may only be available while the package is in transit within Cyprus.
