This review is long overdue. I have been using these Honey’s for almost 2 years and absolutely Love them. The Pine has a mild sweetness that is delicious on warm bread and peanut butter with my Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee (Had to throw the coffee in).
Heather Honey has a very unique taste, kind of smokey. I like the aroma and the fact that it’s very thick, almost solid. It does not pour, so I can scoop it out with a spoon and lick it until it dissolves in my mouth. I had a cold, sore throat and a bad cough … Ate a spoon of the Heather Honey in the morning and at night before, I went to bed and it soothes my throat and calmed down my cough for the rest of the night.
I am now waiting for the late fall early winter when they start processing the Thyme Honey. Never had it, but have heard Great things about it. Meanwhile, I was speaking with Stelios and he recommended the Wild Oak Honey … OMG, it blew me away. It tasted like I was eating fruit. All of these honeys have there own distinct and unique taste, you will love them. BTW, the shipping is super fast with fantastic customer service. Thank you, DHL !
