The grapes come from selected vineyards on the Valencian Altoplano (high plains), where there is a perfect combination of Mediterranean and Continental(inland) climates. The clay soils and a north facing orientation enables these grapes to reach a balanced maturity, with a smooth acidity and a fruity character.
